Ms. Nguyen Tam Danh is currently a Senior Associate at LNT & Partners, with strong expertise in M&A, foreign direct investment, and corporate governance.
With more than 10 years of professional experience, Danh has advised and supported a wide range of complex M&A transactions, foreign investment projects, and corporate restructuring matters, as well as providing ongoing advisory services on regulatory compliance and day-to-day corporate operations. Her experience includes six years at top-tier law firms in Vietnam, where she worked extensively with both local and international clients across various transactional and advisory mandates.
Danh also served as in-house counsel for four years at one of Vietnam’s largest technology, media, and entertainment corporations. This in-house background has equipped her with a strong commercial mindset, a deep understanding of internal decision-making processes, and practical experience in managing legal risks, supporting business strategy, and coordinating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders across large-scale business operations.

- Assisted Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings on Vietnam foreign investment regulatory filings for its landmark approximately USD 210 million acquisition of Doosan Vina – a major industrial facility in the Dung Quat Economic Zone;
- Assisted Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings on Vietnam FDI regulatory matters in connection with a foreign ownership restructuring of a state-owned shipbuilding joint venture, implemented through a share swap transaction;
- Advised and assisted the seller in its sale of the Sheraton Tam Ky, located in Quang Nam Province.
- Assisted NIBE Industrier in its acquisition of BriskHeat Corporation, and thereafter in its majority acquisition of Therm-X;
- Assisted Pilmico International (of the Aboitiz Group) in its acquisition of Europe Nutrition, a Vietnam-based animal feeds company;
- Assisted Aero Asahi on the full spectrum of Vietnam M&A work, from legal due diligence and transaction documentation to foreign investment regulatory approvals, in connection with its acquisition of 100% equity in Sancoh Vietnam (now Aero Asahi Vietnam);
- Assisted Sumitomo Forestry in its strategic equity investment in and business cooperation with An Cuong Woodworking, a leading Vietnamese furniture manufacture;
- Assisted Mapletree Logistics Trust in it US$31 million acquisition of logistics portfolio in Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province.
